At present, 11 blast furnaces are normally produced, and 5 blast furnaces are discontinued. According to the work plan of industrial enterprises in the 2018-2019 heating season of Tianjin, we investigated the production limit rating and actual production limit of various steel companies:

According to the construction of the above-mentioned steel mills, it is estimated that the actual operating rate of the 7 parent flow steel mills in Tianjin is 70 %.

2, rolling line survey samples involved building materials, wire, medium thick plate, strip steel, profile, seamless pipe a total of six varieties, a total of 29 rolling lines.
There are 5 building materials production lines(thread, round steel production lines), 3 normal production, the main production round steel, the discontinued 2 are long-term suspension of production, not affected by the heating season production limit.
There are 6 wire production lines(high lines, variety lines), 2 normal production, and the main production variety lines, 4 discontinued production is a long-term suspension of production, not affected by the heating season production limit.
The production line of medium thick plate is 1, and the output is slightly below the normal level.
There are 8 steel production lines, 7 normal production lines, and 1 production line upgrade.
There are 3 profiles and 1 line production.
